Qsc Hpr122i Powered 2-way Speaker (1x12 In.) Qsc Active powered Main Pa Speakers Live Sound/PA Feature: Could use an eq like the Mackies. There is a switch to turn off the led on the front of the unit. Quality: Compared against the Mackie 450s and JBL g2s. Much better. Desirability: Looks great. Will purchase soon. Sound: Tested these out at GC against Mackie SRM450s and JBL 15g2s. I cannot attest to the longevity but for about $100 more a piece, these are worth it. Much better overall sound. They come with a 6yr warranty also!!! Ease of Use: Pretty straight forward. Support: Researched this one and found that someone had an issue and it was resolved quickly. Quality: Incredibly sturdy, but heavy...good trade IMHO Value: You get what you pay for usually...here you get SO MUCH MORE Desirability: Sexy as hell when there on...and off Sound: A/Bing speakers for a while had me sold on these. I worked for GC in pro audio for a long time and and was sold on my SRM-450s...until I went to shop sound for a new club Im opening. The QSCs are louder, more efficient and cleaner than any powered 2-way Ive ever heard. Almost 0% distortion at full volume. These paired with my txd-118 subs ran by a plx3102 and I have the best small system around. Qsc Hpr153i 3-way Powered Loudspeaker (600 Watts 1x15 In.) Qsc Active powered Main Pa Speakers Live Sound/PA Feature: None except bag. But as bags go its a good one Quality: Excelent definetly good enough for the road. If you look after it it will last you for years on end! Value: Its a bit expensive bnone the less a great speaker. Desirability: It looks great realy professional when your at clubs or bars. Sound: I have used it and sounds great the only thing that bothered me was that in very large areas it needed more speakers to help it give the punch it neede. I have used it on several ocassions it sounds great and from my expirence using Ill be getting one soon. Ease of Use: Its practicly plug and play. But if you cant plug it into a multi socket it trips. Also very large and extremly heavy so its unpractical in that sense. But easy because its powered. Support: Never dealt with qsc. Overall: Unless I become huge I can see no reasons to upgrade ever! Excelent speaker looks great and sounds it. I used many speakers in my life and this is by far the best.
