And their DR, so you know their great. Quality: They will last, over 3x as long as earnie balls or anything like that. Hold up extremely well. Value: If they last that long, then yeah, their worth it. Desirability: I bought all the sets the store had. They only had two, but still, I absolutly had to have them. Sound: Great sound, the tone is not changed at all despite the coating. Ease of Use: Strings, uh, what else needs to be said? Support: Never dealt with them Overall: I love them. I LOVE THEM! Dr Strings Red Devil Electric Guitar Strings Dr Strings Electric Guitar Strings 6 String Guitars, Amps, and Effects Quality: I always keep an extra set of DRs around now, but I highly doubt they will break. My only tiny complaint is that the red wears off wear you pick and when its rubs against the fret wires. But it is hard to notice with the silver fret wires and white pick guard. Value: This is definately worth the 10 dollars. You will save more money in the long run. Desirability: So amazing, makes the guitar look bad azz. Sound: My first time changing strings, I havent really tried anything else, but they sound so crisp. Ease of Use: I guess if you now how to change strings then its pretty easy. TIP: Get a string winder/ string cutter combo ;| Overall: I will use DRs for a long time, likely only using other stings for experimentation. Good materials & craftsmanship. Quality: Good materials & craftsmanship. Value: You can spend less on strings,but youll be replacing cheap strings before you know it,theyll sound dead after a few gigs. These last 3 or 4 times longer than most brands Ive tried. Desirability: They make your bass stand out in the mix !! Sound: These are great sounding strings.I use to always use the Hi-Beams but did a little research on Lo-Riders & decided to put a set on my 99 Fender active Jazz. It gives the bass a whole new sound,the J-bass growl with these strings is awesome. The low B is tight & deep,even though my Fender is a 34" not 35" like a lot of 5 strings. Ease of Use: pretty easy on the fingers Support: never needed them Overall: Ive used DR string for several years & have a set of them on 5 out of my 6 basses.This my 1st set of Lo-Riders and Im very please with their sound,well see if they last as long as the H-Beams.
