Quality: good quality sturdy Desirability: i own it Sound: this is a fuzz pedal, not a distortion pedal...it is slightly misleading to portray this pedal as a "crusher"...(metal) bc it aint for metal, its for indie fuzz sounds. i play a G&L legacy special to a peavey deltablues 210 and i really needed a pedal that had more gain than the boss super overdrive and thought this would cut the cake...it has hella gain, but its a fuzz gain, not a cutting distortion gain...if you like fuzz this is a great pedal, but it doesnt cut through the mix. the 3 band eq is nice too Ease of Use: very easy to use...kind of quiet though...gotta put the level all the way up Support: never dealt w em yet Overall: good, but not what i was looking for Listing Price :$129 Shipping fee :$4.99 Review this product |

Bbe 362 Sonic Maximizer Bbe Enhancers Live Sound/PA Feature: Very basic features. Has unbalanced connections, but that makes it perfect for my bass rig. Attached power cable is nice (no need to worry about it coming off in your rack rig). Quality: Seems to be very solid. Pretty heavy & sturdy feeling. Not too wide so it should fit in just about any rack. No issues for me. Value: Its so affordable. The fact that it has two channels makes it very versatile. I use one out for my amp & one out for the PA on my bass rig. Desirability: Its got a green & red light. So, so sexy. Sound: This device can make dramatic or subtle alterations to your sound. It instantly can bring your signal a lot of clarity. But once its in your chain, its hard to go without it. Ease of Use: Too easy. Engage & twist knobs until it sounds right. Even a monkey could get excellent tones out of his bass rig. Support: Havent needed to call. Overall: Im very happy. Took a chance with the price & it has been a very good investment. Bbe Green Screamer Vintage Overdrive Pedal Bbe Guitar Distortion Effects Guitars, Amps, and Effects Feature: It came with an adapter! Most dont, and it sounds like an original Green Screamer. Quality: This is a tight fitted pedal, hasnt broken down on me after some serious hard gigging with it. Brings a whole new meaning to the term "stompbox". No cosmetic damage after throwing it around, and after dropping it in a puddle fully submerged, it still sounds great. Value: Get this and dont spend more money on other overdrive pedals. Its a waste of time. Desirability: I own it. I loved it the first time I used it. Sound: Sounds fantastic, excellent tone, good highs lows and middles, great for using as a plain boost as well. Ease of Use: Three knobs, self explanatory on the labels, easy to step on to turn it on or bypass it. I love it. Easy in and out, clean audio signal both ways, works great with every amp Ive used. Support: Not necessary for something this good. Overall: Like I said, buy this pedal and dont waste any time. It lives up to the name, and I wouldnt trade for any other overdrive pedal. Quality: Solid construction. Looks durable. Value: I think this is a very, very good value. The price is excellent for what you get. Desirability: The only lower rating... the yellow color kind of jumps out, but its starting to grow on my. These are very well made, good priced work horse pedals. Im happy BBE went for sound quality over pure looks. Sound: Ive been looking for a good compression unit for use in live playing with my Taylor 710 CE. Im more an analog kinda guy recently selling a digital compressor for this one. It gives a real nice sound with the taylor... Id even say tasty. Easy to use. Ease of Use: As I said before, very intuitive and easy to get the right sound for you. Support: Have not had any dealings with the company. So I chose a middle of the pack rating. Bbe Sonic Maximizer Plug-in Software (macintosh And Windows) Bbe Audio Effects Software Computer Music Feature: Puts clarity into the songs I use for my deejay mixes. I can apply a BBE effect to each individual song. It really is, like having a rackful of BBE Sonic Maximizers... one for each song! Quality: No problems in installation. No scratches on the installation CD. The installation CD is in a CD envelope and flops around in the box. In my case, the CD was already out of the envelope when I opened the box. Value: The effect you get out of this plugin is worth the price. Desirability: Just for asthetic reasons, I wish different skins could be applied to the plugin. But who cares about that?! This thing puts clarity into the songs I use! Sound: This plugin most definitely emulates what the hardware 482i and 882i do, and that is to bring clarity into my songs. Support: Havent had to use tech support. Overall: I expect to use this plugin for quite some time, but if BBE updates the plugin so that it doesnt require an Output Gain control knob, Ill be getting that instead! Sound: it puts out this humungo bass boost with a little bit of clarity on top.but if you already like the sound of your amp its useless it only gonna make your sound muddier unless you turn the lo contour knob down about 8o clock and turn up the process knob for a tighter sound but no major diffrence. Bbe 482i Sonic Maximizer (unbalanced) Bbe Enhancers Live Sound/PA Feature: A no brainer, 2 knobs, no fuss and games in setting it up. Quality: Solid, well built. Value: One could spend a lot of maney trying to enhance the quality of sound. This thing does it cheap. Desirability: Put it in a SKB rack and be cooler than what you were before. Actually, I care less about the looks. Its how it works, what it does that makes it the coolest sound enhancement device on the planet for the buck. Nonthe less, it matches the colour of my Xtreme module. Sound: Great and then some. I hooked the BBE up to 2 x Sound Tech 15" powered mid cabnets and ran an MP-3 player and my Yamaha Xtreme drum kit through it. Never happy with my snare sound, but dialed it in with the BBE and have the snare I always wanted. What it did for the entire mix was amazing. Excellent technology. Anyone using electronic drums must have one of these. Ease of Use: Easy to use, if one is not technically inclined, its even easyer. Support: The support so far has been great. All my questions about the unit was replied to quickly from tech. support. not that i had any issues, but tested the waters to see if they jumped when I turned the rope, and they did. Quality: I rate the quality at at ten because for one thing it never comes out of the rack so im not beating it up everytime I have a gig. mine is two years old and is in new condition still. All the lights and dials still function as when new. Sound: I use my unit strictly for microphone use and has not dissapointed. There is no hum or any noise related to this piece. If you dont know haow to operate it and just use old nasty cords you will have issues. I spent a couple of hours trying out all of my microphones and it does seem to like EV mics the best, I can get a lot out of them while still maintaining very low feedback. I am buying another one today and will get rid of my tube composer and open up a spot for my new audio technica atw-3141 handheld microphone reciever. Hint; if you want this unit to perform well for you take the time to adjust it by itself while bypassing all other rack components first and use high quality low z cables, I have seen a buch of idiots using high z and wonder why there is noise! Bbe 882i Sonic Maximizer Bbe Enhancers Live Sound/PA Feature: Hmm, 2 knobs per channel. I guess that makes for features. The low contour makes for a nice subwoofer control if you are running passive crossovers, or your crossover is out of reach. Quality: Make well, I have seen tons of them still kickin in other guys racks, mine goes with me on road trips and the like, so I guess it held up well Value: Great box, I hear too many guys badmouth things like this, but I figure it is because they dont understand it! Sound: Excellent tool to add clarity to your sound. Sometimes, you just cant EQ to fix a problem. This works.
