Value: Awesome! for the sheer number of amazing synth sounds and the quality of each one, this is really an awesome deal! Desirability: this is my current favorite soft synth. Sound: the only thing better would be the originals. Ease of Use: extremely easy to use. Support: havent had to deal with them. Arturia Cs80v Cs 80 Emulator Vsti (macintosh And Windows) Arturia Software Synthesizers And Samplers Computer Music Feature: The Multi-mode and matrix-mod sections are great enhancements to the original...and dont detract from the feel of the original if you dont wish to use them. Quality: My only genuine complaint about the product is nothing terribly new to software... a few little buggy things that could use some working out.. and in fairness, Arturia seem decent in their support for fixes/upgrades. I give a 7 because bugs are still bugs... Value: This thing sounds so good I use it almost exclusively right now in projects. I have an MS-20 and MS-50 combo but am preferring my CS-80v at the moment. When you consider what you get for the price of say, a casio keyboard this thing is in my opinion hands down the best value on the synth market today. If your puter is strong enough this thing can *easily* fill all of your analog polysynth needs Desirability: softsynths just keep getting sexier and sexier... wheres it gonna stop??? Sound: This things sounds damn awesome. I used to play a bit on a CS50 and CS60 (though only once on the original CS80..and that was YEARS ago) Arturia have nailed the feel and sound of the machine. Support: No opinion Overall: Anything else I get will be supplemental. Quality: The program looks beutiful on your computor screen.You can upgrade to the newer version at Arturias website for FREE! Value: You would have to shell-out Tens of thousands of dollars to get a real Modular Moog.At that,you would be getting a used instrument with all the problems and delicateness of that period analog synth.The MoogV is well worth the money! Desirability: This synth looks beutiful on your C.R.T..It looks very much like the real-deal.I think Arturia did a great job in making this product accurate in sound as well as looks! Sound: I find this product to sound very close to the real thing with lots of extra abilities that were not on the original modular moogs! Support: I had a little trouble getting through to the company,but I changed my E-mail address at the time. Overall: It will take me a long time before I will ever need another Virtual synth.I can make this one sound a lot like other makes and modals!
