Feature:
It has the solid top [that is supposed to make it sound better], which is what we were looking for. I was also very impressed that it even came with a few extra parts, directions on neck adjustments, and a beatifully custom [snug] fit case.
Quality:
It is beautiful. The only thing that I can say is I did have to tighten the tiny screws inside the string adjuster things... they were a tad loose, and I think I have to have the neck adjusted as it is not a dime width the whole way down the neck. Nothing major at all.
Value:
This is rated #1 by acoustic guitar magazine, and according to all of my comparison shopping- this is an awesome guitar! Great Value! Guitars with these same features cost a lot more.
Desirability:
It is really eye catching. Our guitar teacher, almost couldnt take her hands off it.
Sound:
We are fairly new to guitars, but this one sounds great! Our music teacher also complimented how nice it is.
Ease of Use:
The neck is relatively narrow which is nice, and it seems to play very nice.
Support:
Havent needed to contact the company- knock on wood.
Overall:
Well- after the neck adjustment and the strings get changed... I expect that we will have years and years of enjoyment with this guitar. I dont see the need to upgrade unless maybe my son becomes a famous musician or something: ) FYI- this is our 2nd Washburn, the 1st is an electric.
