the picks are pretty good. the tuner works fine, but it can be annoying. The strap is great! Im never gonna replace it. It looks and feels great.

this guitars great!!! The strings still sound great after 5 month and ive only had to replace 2(i overtuned both of them). Im gonna restirng it with some elixirs in a few months, so ill see how it sounds then.
Support:
it comes with a dvd that has a feature on how to replace strings. I forgot to watch it when i replaced mine. :( Its very helpful.

Quality: of couse its a beginner bass, so its not like rickenbacher quality, but for a rosewood fretboard, great finish, tuning knobs that stay tuned, a painted headstock (very rare and classy), and REAL (as in not painted on) inlays, it should be worth around $300.00 Value: best value on the market. Desirability: uhh.. i got black on black it looks awesome! Sound: Sounds very clean, clear, with a distortion pedal this sounds really awesome. Ease of Use: u just plug it in. Support: i didnt use it. Overall: id say comparing strictly quality and playability and not price or value, its a seven amongst all the fender jazzs and gibson thunderbirds out there... Quality: i got a blem. so the guitar had a severe crack where the neck joins the body. Value: you get what you pay for, in this guitar pack. Desirability: looks nice Ease of Use: the action was high. Support: they quikly sent me a r.a.# to send it back. got my money back in about a week and a half. Overall: im thinking of replacing this guitar with a hohner 350. as soon as possible.
