I saw entrails coming from it and was disapointed. Fixed it quick though because after giving it my custom set up, I was not about to part with it. I needed to set the truss, action and into. Was way out. Luv the neck and Pickups. Quality: The quality is in the parts that are most important. A bit of inspection before leaving the plant(and a new jack design) would really help out the amature. Value: Try one through a quality rig and you tell me how much you would pay. Desirability: The only thing I dont like about the look is the "Squier" label. But thats just my pride that needs fixing. And some new Pot knobs. Sound: Sounds great and melts the tubes in my Mesa nicely. I wouldny use it in place of my Les Paul on the metal tunes but man, everything else just drips out of these P90s. Tone and volume control is a bit cheesie but getting the right pots in this puppy would bring it up to a 9. Ease of Use: I play Les Pauls. I wanted a lighter warmer tone w/out that strat setup. Squier Vintage Modified Tele Custom Ii Electric Guitar (maple) Squier 6 string Electric Guitars Guitars, Amps, and Effects Feature: My only complaint is that it didnt come with an instrument cable like my other guitars did, but thats okay. Quality: I dont know how there could be any improvement to this instrument! Its solid, sturdy, and the controls feel like they are made very well Value: This guitar (as much as I hate to say it) really should sell for much more. Its worth it. Desirability: Every musician that Ive showed this guitar to, now wants one. Sound: Whether you want a Tele, Strat, or Les Paul sound, you can get it with this guitar!! The pickups dont hum either! My Strat & semi hollow body...can equal but not beat the sound quality of this instrument. Ease of Use: By far the easiest guitar to play. It has the typical Tele neck.....ideal if you have smaller hands. Support: The only reason Im rating this in the middle is because Ive never needed support. Dont take it as a poor rating. Squier 4 Sound System Compact Pa Squier Pa Systems Live Sound/PA Feature: Here again, for the cost, I would rate this an 11. The reverb is very good, good control of tone and the speakers sound great and include pole holes for gigging. Quality: Have taken to several small gigs and its been holding up just fine! Value: Why dont they have an 11! Desirability: Its light, easy to use and sounds great! Too bad it doesnt have 600 watts! Sound: For the cost, I would rate this an 11. You get what you pay for plus more! True, it has a hard time competing with a drummer, but other then that the sound quality is great. Support: Its Fender, but Ive never actually needed any support so I think that No support needed rates a 10! Overall: For 2 guys playing Beatles, Seals & Croft, etc... without a drummer, this is a great set up for small venues and practicing. I highly recommend it!
