The R12 uses patent-pending pneumatic swivel casters that are very lightweight, strong, and have a special dampener to resist wheel wobble. They also feature quick-change pop-off wheels for smaller storage profile and easy service in the field.
Sound:
this cart has a MAJOR design flaw...the front wheels are allowed to move side to side on the axle allowing the air valve stem to make contact with the large metal braces on either side of the front tires....causing the valve stems to be instantly gouged and ruined...the tires begin to leak and no amount of pumping them up will fix this...because the stems are ruined. DO NOT BUY THIS CART until they fix this design flaw....Im a musician in HELL because of this and the company has NOT sent me new tires or made any restitution WHATSOEVER> Chris Telzerow Willowick Ohio ctlzw@adelphia.net

They will not stay repaired and they are a pain in an other wise outstanding product Quality: this product is superior -----except for the front tires Value: it is a must have for the pro.It saves your back-your equipment ---your energy--and your time Desirability: There is nothing cool about this thing. The cool part comes from the energy you save to make music instead of trips back to the parking lots --through guests ect. Ease of Use: this cart the -r12- will ride over anything ---but the front wheels bind and you have to physically turn each wheel at time to get it to go in the direction you want. it folds down to a small foot print --ez to store--- Support: i have dealt with them before and the staff is wonderful --- but if you have a flat you gotta replace the whole front tire because these things wont fix. If you are a working musician you do not have time to wait for the mail to bring a spare. When i lose a tire ---i use it in the 2 wheeler position, but that takes some getting used to. Overall: if it breaks or gets stolen and both have happened, i would buy another one, this cart will e-x-t-e-n-d your career and equipment---read ----s-a-v-e--y-o-u---m-o-n-e-y from wear & tear on you and your equipment.
