At a winter NAMM show in California, JBL Professional displayed the entire EON G2 second generation of powered speakers. Among the new products being displayed and demonstrated is the EON10 G2 compact powered speaker with 10 in. woofer, increased power, and a 3-input mini-mixer.
Feature:
I really like the multiple inputs. I love how you can plug a 1/4in guitar cable in that is really convenient.
Quality:
JBL can take pride in the quality of the EON10 G2. I have not seen or head of any malfunction do to normal wear.
Value:
I cant give full marks on value. I have used other products that were comparable and less expensive but I like JBL.
Desirability:
I like it so much I just put in an order for two of them along with two EON15s
Sound:
I have used these speakers as mains, monitors, through a sound board, plugged right in with a guitar and the sound is always pure and true.
Ease of Use:
It really is as simple as plug and play.
Support:
I have not had any dealing with JBL over the EONs but from past experience JBL has always done right by me.
Overall:
I dont see needing any thing els for many years to come.

Jbl Prx518s Powered Subwoofer (500 Watts 1x18 In.) Jbl Active powered Pa Subwoofers Live Sound/PA Quality: Ridget construction yet lighter then the 15" mackie sub Value: 20 dollars less then the 15" mackie, yet it has an 18" woofer Desirability: Very slick design, and the jbl/crown logo light up which looks great. Sound: Very crisp tight punchy bass. I just djed a party in a bar that fits about 300 people in it and the bass was felt in every corner. Excellent woofer for sound reenforcement. Jbl Jrx118s Passive Pa Subwoofer (350 Watts 1x18 In.) Jbl Passive unpowered Pa Subwoofers Live Sound/PA Feature: I used a Crown XTi 2000 amp with the internal cossover set to 100hz to power these subs which gives them 800 watts in stereo. It sounded awesome. Quality: Definately very high quality can hold it own with the touring shows equipment. Value: Same class in quality of sound as $1xxx subs so it is definately worth it. Desirability: This will be the last sub you will ever need-no matter what your genre is. Sound: I work for a theater ad I run sound for Broadway touring shows on a regular basis. This sub can hang in there with many of the pro EAW and Meyers systems. Ease of Use: These have both NL4 Speakon and 1/4 inch connectors making them compatibel to almost any system. You dont to many pro-level cabinets with both types of connectors anymore. Support: Who knows...I havnt needed them and I probably never will. Overall: Dont even consider Peavy, Mackie, Nady, Behringer, Kustom, or Yamaha speakers - JBl will blow them out of the water in all areas.
