The Crossroads Artist Series pedal was conceived in conjunction with Eric Clapton and his long-time guitar tech Lee Dickson. Crossroads models 7 Clapton signature tones. From songs like "Badge" with its swirling rotary speaker, to "Layla" (Unplugged) with its intimate acoustic tone, and of course, "Sunshine of Your Love" which features Erics signature "woman tone."
Feature:
This pedal did include a power supply. I wish they all did that. The little bag was so small almost impossible to fit the product in.
Quality:
It seems very well built and sturdy.
Value:
For just $50.00 more you could buy the first POD 2.0 and have a much greater and usful product.
Desirability:
The ads sure drew my attention and it was a great looking product. The concept was a very good idea but did not live up to its billing.
Sound:
All sounds were metalic to me, hardly any warmth. Tried it direct and through a tube amp not very happy either way. I did not think this pedal would do it all but I did expect more for the price.
Support:
Never have dealt with them.
Overall:
After I purchased it and gave it several days,I quickly took it back before my time was up for a refund.

One of the least useful featuresis the Quality: The BP50 is a very reliable and quality made product. There are no loose parts or defects. The product is compact and is made for use on the road. Value: I think this product is worth more than its retail value. Desirability: It is very appealing and the design is great. It looks really cool. Sound: The sound quality is very good and fully customizable. The only problem I have is the octavider and the harminizers can be out of tune. I think it sounds better in recording, because after you record it, you can add the finishing touches. Support: I cannot say anything about the service and support because Ive never had to call anybody. Its never needed service and has always worked well. Overall: Ill probably be satisfied with this product for a good 5 to 7 years. After a year or so Ill want to step up to a more expensive product that has more effects.
