The BP50 is a very reliable and quality made product. There are no loose parts or defects. The product is compact and is made for use on the road.
Value:
I think this product is worth more than its retail value.
Desirability:
It is very appealing and the design is great. It looks really cool.
Sound:
The sound quality is very good and fully customizable. The only problem I have is the octavider and the harminizers can be out of tune. I think it sounds better in recording, because after you record it, you can add the finishing touches.
Support:
I cannot say anything about the service and support because Ive never had to call anybody. Its never needed service and has always worked well.
Overall:
Ill probably be satisfied with this product for a good 5 to 7 years. After a year or so Ill want to step up to a more expensive product that has more effects. I actually chose this product becauseit worked very well and was inexpensive. If the product was stolen from me, Id buy another one.
